Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-12
This policy explains how Vivir Sin Fronteras, part of Alves Limited Group, handles the personal data of people who contact us about studying in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands, through our form, on WhatsApp or by email.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Vivir Sin Fronteras, Lugar Nanin, 17, Allariz, Ourense, Galicia. For any question about your data, write to contato@vivirsinfronteras.com.
What we collect
- What you enter on the form: name, mobile, email, destination and study level, and anything you write.
- The messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp or by email.
- What you tell us in the conversation so we can see whether we can help: your academic situation, approximate grades, English level, nationality, and how you feel about the costs.
- If you book a call, its date and time.
We don't ask for health or religious information, or copies of documents, in the chat.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, work out whether a consultation with us makes sense for you, book it, and contact you again about the same matter. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Automated assistant
The first conversation is with an automated Vivir Sin Fronteras assistant built on artificial intelligence. You can ask to speak to a person at any time. Visa and legal questions are always handled by a qualified member of our team.
Minors
Many of the people who contact us are under 18. When we are talking with a minor and no parent or guardian is in the conversation, a member of the team takes it over.
Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Meta (WhatsApp), Anthropic (the assistant's AI model), Vercel (hosting), Netlify (website hosting and forms), Upstash (database, in the European Union) and Google (email and calendar). Some process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards the GDPR provides for, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contato@vivirsinfronteras.com. You can also complain to the CNPD (Portugal) or the AEPD (Spain).
